The Covid-19 pandemic is affecting all of our families, our communities and our businesses. We wanted to reach out and update you on how Insignia PMG is approaching this crisis. First of all, we extend heartfelt wishes for a full recovery to anyone who has been impacted by the virus. As we deal with this unprecedented situation, our goal is to be there for our staff, clients, tenants, landlords and vendors in whatever way they need. We are doing our part to “stop the spread” and are substantially working remotely with a very limited on-site program.
From Our Property Management Division:
We ask that all communication be handled via email and phone. Where on-site work is required (for example, an emergency situation at an Insignia PMG managed property) Insignia PMG personnel will be on-site to accomplish only specific tasks and will be practicing social distancing and all safety measures under the CDC guidelines together with IPMG vendors. If you are managing your own property and need assistance please do not hesitate to call or email. We will do our best to help during this very difficult time.
From Our Brokerage division: You will continue to receive flyers via email. We are doing this to keep lines of communication open and information flowing to the commercial real estate industry. Tours of available space may be conducted on a virtual basis.
