Scott D. Schwartz
Scott Schwartz is the Chief Executive Officer and senior officer of Insignia PMG charged with determining and implementing the strategic direction of the company. With 35+ years of experience, Scott’s expertise in management, development, leasing, acquisition, and disposition has positioned him as an expert in the commercial real estate arena. He has brokered over one thousand complex lease and sale transactions, managed and stabilized troubled assets and developed in conjunction with various partners more than 40 projects.
Prior to joining Insignia PMG, Scott was President of Spencer Scott Real Estate Group, a full-service brokerage firm and Chief Executive Officer of a privately held real estate investment and development firm in downtown Los Angeles with a portfolio valued in excess of $300M for more than 20 and 15 years, respectively.

Esteban Felix
Esteban Felix is the President and head of the brokerage division and new business development. Born and raised in Pasadena and a life-long resident of the San Gabriel Valley, Esteban is the recognized local expert in office and retail leasing. As head of Insignia PMG’s brokerage department, Esteban is responsible for leasing in all Insignia PMG properties. In addition to handling IPMG properties, Esteban is one of the top agents for both tenant and landlord representation throughout the greater San Gabriel Valley. Esteban’s passion for commercial brokerage is fueled by his desire to find the precise real estate solutions for his clients.
Prior to beginning his commercial real estate career in 2003, Esteban worked as a corporate financial executive and consultant for many companies including Robinson’s May Department Stores, Sony Television Entertainment Group, Airgas Rutland Tools and McKesson Water.

Executive Vice President & Senior Property Manager
Lin S. Yit
Lin S. Yit is our Executive Vice President and Senior Property Manager for Insignia PMG’s management portfolio. With more than 10 years of senior-level experience managing office, retail, medical and mixed-use commercial real estate, Lin has an established track record of enhancing asset value and improving tenant relations while controlling operating expenses. Her unique communication and multi-tasking skills allow her to provide a personalized level of service, to her diverse client base, unmatched in the industry.
Lin joined Insignia PMG after spending several years as a commercial real estate broker/property manager. Her career began with Colliers International in Downtown Los Angeles. Later, she joined a local boutique firm and expanded her practice to Pasadena and the San Gabriel Valley. Lin’s brokerage background gives her exceptional insight into the needs and challenges of both owners and tenants and served as an excellent transition into commercial property management.

Patricia Schwartz
Patricia Schwartz is our Managing Director controlling the day to day operations of Insignia PMG. A veteran of the industry, Patti Schwartz has been a licensed real estate broker for longer than she cares to admit. Patti manages and controls the day to day operations of the company for both the brokerage and management divisions. She is responsible for all business/project operations together with planning and implementing company-wide strategies to ensure compliance and shape the growth path of the company.
Patti has operated commercial real estate firms for three decades and personally shepherded hundreds of complex transactions, sales, and leases. In addition to her professional activities, she is active with various non-profit organizations and served for seven years as Chief Financial Officer of a 501 © 3 public charity, raising private funds for public schools.
