The transaction was led by Esteban Felix, who managed the process from initial marketing through lease execution.
SoulTenders provides mental health care practice management services, expanding its footprint in the region with multiple locations, including nearby San Marino. Their presence at the property brings a valuable, community-focused use that complements the surrounding neighborhood.
